Jim C. Klepper

Jim received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Jim started his law career as a prosecutor in Seminole, Hughes, and Pontotoc counties (OK) representing the government in countless traffic-related hearings. He currently holds licenses to practice law in 16 states, as well as numerous federal, district, circuit, chancery courts, and the United States Supreme Court.
Jim is a Past-Chairman and former member of the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Trucking Association; a former member of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Trucking Association, the Truckload Carriers Association and Past-Chairman and member of the Oklahoma Humane Society. He has also served multiple times on the Board of the American Trucking Association.
Brad Klepper

Brad Klepper graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law, receiving four separate American Jurisprudence awards for academic excellence and obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma.
Brad spent almost a decade with the largest law firm in Oklahoma where his practice included extensive experience in transactional law, business defense litigation, and intellectual property.
In addition, Brad is a licensed architect and serves as General Counsel to the Oklahoma Board of Architects, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers. Prior to becoming General Counsel, Brad served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Oklahoma Board of Architects, Landscape architects and Interior Designers
Brad's civic and charitable involvements are also diverse. He is a president of the Oklahoma City chapter of "Rebuilding Together" (www.rebuildingtogetherokc.org), a national charitable organization providing free home repair to low-income, elderly homeowners.
Brad currently serves on the Arkansas Trucking Association Board, The Oklahoma Trucking Association Board and The Truckload Carriers Association Board of Directors, as well as being active with several other charity boards, including those focusing on higher education and non-profit services.
